Fall Creek Dam, a rock fill dam, creates Fall Creek Lake and is located on Fall Creek, a tributary of the Middle Fork Willamette River just northeast of the community of Lowell in Lane County, Oregon, and 25 miles southeast of Eugene. This dam is part of a system of thirteen multi-purpose dams and reservoirs that make up the Willamette Valley Project .

The dam, which was completed in 1966, has a gated concrete spillway and outlet for regulating the lake levels. The dam is in plain view as you approach at Big Fall Creek Road, and can also be viewed at both the south and north corners of the dam.
